Receive and Enter the Verification Code
Go to the Settings section on the website and click on ‘Verification code’. You will then receive a verification code on your in-game mail. So, you might want to launch the game on your device before visiting the site in another window. Copy the code from the in-game mailbox and enter it on the website. This should open the page where you can enter your promo code to receive rewards.
Use the Code and Get Rewards
You must log in with your user ID (UID) before you can use AFK Arena codes. Then, enter the active redeem code that you want to use. You need to launch the game to view the rewards you have received.
Open your profile in the game and go to the mailbox once you have used the code. Your reward should appear there within a fairly short time.
